The Alice Wilds is honored to announce the opening of Sean Heiser: EVEN ANIMALS STRUGGLE WITH TIME, on view from Friday, April 16, through Saturday, May 29, 2021
Sean Latif Heiser, is a Malaysian-born artist who has relocated to Knoxville, TN from Milwaukee, WI to work on obtaining his MFA in painting + drawing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He received his BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and was a recent residency fellow at Anderson Center, MN. He has shown work nationally, with recent solo and two-person exhibitions at The Alice Wilds and Real Tinsel (with Georg Frauenschuh), both in Milwaukee, WI. His work has been published in Duomo IV, and New American Paintings Issue 131 (back cover).
We will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 11-5PM. Please note that we are currently practicing social distancing guidelines; we ask that you please keep your distance from others and wear a mask.
